3120 Fairview Park Drive is an 182,845 square foot office building, with typical floor plates of 24,000 square feet and is located on a 6.4-acre parcel. The 8-story building will be constructed of pre-cast concrete, faced with green reflective glass and accented with a granite wainscoting. Planned lobby finishes are granite, sandstone, glass and cherry wood. The building fronts on the Capital Beltway and is located directly across from the Fairview Park Marriot. Exterior Beltway signage is available for major tenants, which sign is visible to over 250,000 cars daily.  The building is currently under construction and will deliver in May 2008.
